We provide overseas education consultancy, aviation training, IELTS/test preparation, and related career-support services. Specific service scope and deliverables are defined in the individual service agreement or enrolment form you sign when you engage us.

3. Eligibility

Some of our services are subject to eligibility criteria (academic qualifications, age, test scores, etc.). We reserve the right to decline services where you do not meet the required criteria, and we will inform you honestly of any issues during counselling.

4. Fees & payment

Our initial counselling is free. Service fees for admissions consulting, course enrolment or specialised training are disclosed upfront in your enrolment agreement. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Third-party outcomes

While we provide expert guidance, admissions decisions are made by universities, visa decisions by consulates, and placement decisions by airlines/employers — these outcomes are outside our direct control. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or job placement. Our fees compensate us for our professional services, not for a specific outcome.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your details.
• Meet all deadlines communicated to you.
• Comply with the rules and regulations of any university, training centre, or country you engage with through us.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Akbar Edu World LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
